About Net Onboard

Net Onboard Web Servers are placed at two locations i)Netmyne Cyberjaya, ii) AIMS which are strategically located at central business district area. The datacenters are connected to 21Gbps of TM International Network to North America, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. The data centers are implemented through a high-speed network with multiple network connections to different Internet backbones, which mean Net Onboard network is not dependent upon any single Internet backbone.

The state of art datacenter facilities offer redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security. It sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU electric, with multiple Liebert and PowerWare UPS battery backup power as well as onsite permanent generator power.

There is a HVAC systems, a combination of glycol, chilled water, and condenser units by Liebert and Data Aire to provide redundancy in cooling. Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (very early smoke detection apparatus) along with over 600 smoke detectors. Security in also concern so all facilities are key card access with CCTV for maximum security.

The goal is to provide maximum redundancy in every facet of the datacenter environment to facilitate 100% uptime.

The data center have been designed from the ground up to provide the most secure, reliable and scalable environment for any e-business. As in any business, security, reliability and survivability are of the almost important to your outsourcing mission. Thus nothing has been overlooked in the design, furnish, and execution of the data centers to provide customers with the very best in security, power, environment, and downtime protection. The primary mission of our Data Centers operations staff is the safekeeping and security of the customer's data and equipment. Designed and built for security, the data centers offers a wide range of physical security features:

CCTV Cameras
	(24x7) are installed to monitor the over all security of each data center and network operations center.

Biometric Security System

is installed to all the entrances. Smart card is used to record any authentication, containing the user identification, finger print and digital signature. All permission are requested through this booth. User can choose to use the digital signature or the finger print for authentication to the IDC premises. Booths are located at the main entrances of every floor for easy accessibility. Our biometric system is supported by remote monitoring tools/server, which has been installed in the biometric control server.

240kVA Centralized UPS

which lasts for at least 30 minutes. Kicks in immediately after failure of mean while waiting for the generator set to start up. To ensure your success, our systems are designed with the reliable lower input harmonic 'Uninterrupted Power System (UPS)' power sources that produce 60kVA clean power to provide the highest power available in the event of power failure. So no matter what the circumstances, we can take care of all your power needs.

Split unit type air-conditions
	ensures temperature of the data center remains low for a conducive environment. This constant temperature provides an idyllic working environment for our equipment. It also helps to remove any chance of 'hot spots' within the racks we have installed under floor air distribution. Each rack is also earth-grounded and has its own individual circuit breaker for that extra redundancy.

FM200 gas-based fire suppression system
	is installed in all data center to protect the servers from any fire occurrence. Gas-type fire suppression system guarantees the server to be undamaged due to the suppression system unlike the water-based fire extinguisher.

Raised Flooring System
	Raised flooring provides easy access to data points and improved airflow for the network. The antistatic, high-pressure floor is not only good for your equipment, it's also easy to maintain.
